Entertainment team: Habib Ahmed, Shamsa Ahmed, Adeel Malik, or Omarana Ejaz

I, the applicant, have read and agreed to all terms and conditions of this package, the Vendor Application and the Rules and Regulations expressed within. In addition, I, expressly release the producer (StarLite Entertainment) and the owner of the event sites of and from any and all liability for any theft, damage, injury or loss to any persons or goods, which may arise from the licensing and occupation of exhibition space from StarLite Entertainment. By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read each page of this package, the Vendor Application and the Rules and Regulations expressed within, indicating my acceptance of all the terms and conditions stated therein. If signing on behalf of a corporation or other entity, I warrant that I have the authority to enter this agreement on behalf of such entity or corporation.

THE SET-UP OF BOOTHS WILL TAKE PLACE DAY OF EVENT, 2 hours prior to start time.

Note: Any and all registration fees/deposits are forfeited, if attendance is cancelled. In case of any bad weather or natural disaster beyond human control, registration fees/deposits will not be refunded.
